Students need to login into their online college profile using their college UID and password. On the left side of the dashboard click “Student Console” and then “Challan Generation”. Print the lost ID card challan from the “Pending Challan” option. Pay the challan in any branch of Federal Bank, Kolkata.

After making the payment, the student needs to contact the System Control Room (Room No. 424) on the fourth floor to collect their new ID card.

- New ID cards are issued only on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm (except holidays).

After successfully completing each of the Part I, Part II and Part III examinations, students are awarded their degree certificate by Calcutta University. Degree certificates are issued around 18 months from the completion of the final year examination. In order to collect the degree certificate, students need to carry the following documents in original:

  • Calcutta University Part III Marksheet.
  • Calcutta University Part III Admit Card.

Students can collect them from the ground floor college office (Room No. 20) on any working day, between 10:00 am and 5 pm.

  • To collect admit cards, students must carry their valid ID card issued by the college.
  • To collect the marksheet, students must carry their valid ID card issued by the college along with the original admit card for that examination.

You can get a bonafide certificate from the ground floor college office (Room No. 20). Make your application to the Teacher-in-Charge. It will be issued two working days from the date of valid application. Students need to carry the challan of the last fees paid along with the college ID card.

You need to submit the documents to be attested along with the originals to the ground floor college office (Room No. 20). Your originals will be returned immediately after verification and the attested documents will be issued after two working days from submission.

Make an application to the Teacher-in-Charge stating the reason for the TC and submit it to the ground floor college office (Room No. 20). A payment of Rs 210 needs to be deposited at Federal Bank, Elgin Road. The challan for the payment is available at the college office.

The TC will be issued two working days from the date of valid application subject to clearance of all dues, library books and payment of TC fees.
