 Objective of the event: The objective of an Academic Rapid Fire is to create a stimulating and educational experience that tests participant’s knowledge, promotes learning, fosters critical thinking, and cultivates a passion for academic pursuits.

Brief description of the event: The Department of Political Science conducted an Academic Rapid Fire for the Semester I Political Science Honours students on 29th August, 2026. The  questions which were given to them were based on their syllabus. The proceedings of the rapid fire were conducted by  Sohini Chattopadhyay and  Abhilash Roy, Faculty from the  Department of Political Science. They explained the parameters of the rapid fire on which the students  would be judged and awarded scores.

Outcome of the event: The  students’ responses were  quite positive and they showed keen interest  and enthusiastically  participated in the event.
