Reporting Time for examination form Fill-up : 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm

Semester IV Students must bring the following documents for Form Fill-up process:

1. Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
2. Valid ID Card issued by College.
3. Black ball point pen.
4. Casual students must carry their Calcutta University Semester IV Original Marksheet / Photocopy in order to complete the form fill-up process.
