Reporting Time for form Fill-up : 03:00 pm to 04:00 pm

Semester III &/OR IV Students must bring the following documents for Form Fill-up process:

1. Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
2. Valid ID Card issued by College.
3. Black ball point pen.
4. Casual students must carry their Calcutta University Semester III &/OR IV Original Marksheet / Photocopy in order to complete the form fill-up process.
