Reporting Venue for examination form Fill-up : Room No. 429 (4th floor)

Reporting Time for examination form Fill-up : 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm

Semester II Students must bring the following documents for Form Fill-up process:

1. Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
2. Valid ID Card issued by College.
3. Black ball point pen.
4. Casual students must carry their Calcutta University Semester II Original Marksheet in order to complete the form fill-up process.
