Reporting Venue for form Fill-up : Room No. 423 (4th floor, college main campus)

Reporting Time for form Fill-up : 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm

Semester I Students must bring the following documents for Form Fill-up process:

1. Photocopy of M.Com. Semester I Calcutta University Examination Marksheet – applicable only for Casual Students
2. Photocopy of Semester VI Undergraduation Marksheet – for regular students
3. Black Ball Point Pen.
4. Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.
