The Bhawanipur Education Society College, on every alternate Saturday, holds its Bhawanipur Business Meet (B.B.M.) through its Collective of Bhawanipur Entrepreneurship and Start-up Training (B.E.S.T.) to encourage and empower its youth members to launch their business models. On 12th July 2025, B.B.M. held its 5th meeting in the Valia Hall of the college campus, starting at 4:30 P.M., to gather all young entrepreneurs and business owners from BESC. The Bhawanipur Business Meet, B.B.M., is led by Founder and Director Devansh Kapoor, supported by the founding committee members, namely Esha Khanna, Shreyan Majhi, Abhiroop Sarkar, and Vedant Gupta, the Treasurer. B.B.M. also includes a dynamic core committee, namely Disha Desai, Bakshish Singh, Vedika Lalka, Abhishek Shah, and Shivani Jain.

The event began with the Member Pitching Round (capitalize both words consistently if it’s a formal title), which included the introduction of all its members and their start-up companies. The agenda for the 5th meeting of B.B.M. was to build interpersonal relationships among the team members and engage its members through some fun activities and games. It was an informal meet-up, which included a couple of indoor fun activities and one outdoor game—football—followed by a half-hour food session, where the young entrepreneurs could network their businesses and grow connections even better. The games were played in teams, which also helped in team building and provided an experience of working together in groups. The day was all fun and took place on a lighter note.
