Brief description of the event: The Department of Computer Science at The Bhawanipur Education Society College successfully organized a special class lecture titled “Symphony – A Special Talk on the Applications of IoT in the Industry” on Monday, 28th July 2025, in Room No. 414. The event was conducted for the students of Semester II, IV, and VI, of the department of Computer Science with the objective of providing them with valuable exposure to real-world applications of the Internet of Things (IoT) across various industries. The session featured Mr. Arijit Das, Co-Founder and Director of Aeonix Research & Innovations LLP, as the esteemed guest speaker. Mr. Das, an experienced entrepreneur and industry-level expert, shared his extensive knowledge of IoT and its practical implementations in sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and smart infrastructure. His talk highlighted how IoT technologies are reshaping traditional business processes through automation, real-time analytics, and intelligent decision-making systems. Throughout the session, Mr. Das emphasized current industry trends, challenges, and future opportunities within the IoT domain. He also discussed various case studies to illustrate the transformative potential of IoT in modern industry.
