The undergraduate honours course in Chemistry offers a comprehensive education in this scientific discipline. Course Information

A candidate taking up an Honours Course in a subject must have obtained, at the previous qualifying examination, a minimum of:

55% marks in Chemistry + PASS marks in Mathematics & Physics
OR,
45% marks in Chemistry + 50% marks in BO4 + PASS marks in Mathematics & Physics

Note:

Candidate passed in Business Mathematics is not eligible for Admission.

Yes, after completing a B.Sc in Chemistry, one can pursue an MBA.

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry graduates can apply for positions as scientific assistants in the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), and the Defence Research Development and Organisation (DRDO). They are also eligible to take the UPSC’s Common Defence Exam.

You can absolutely join ISRO after receiving your B.Sc. in Chemistry. ISRO also has its own entrance exam for B. Tech. and B.Sc. graduates.
