Annual Report Committee

The Committee oversees the standardization and coordination of event reports across all departments, establishes guidelines and responsibilities, collects data, and ensures smooth circulation and preparation of reports for the College.

It is hereby notified that as per the decision adopted in the Governing Body Meeting held on 21st December 2024 College Annual Report Committee of the College has been reconstituted to prepare some reports related to the College with immediate effect and till further notice. The Committee includes the following members:

To decide the common format of the report of the event/programme organised by all the Departments of the College.
To decide the guidelines/SOP for the event organised by the different departments of a section of the College
To make a plan to collect the data/report for making the report for different departments of the sections of the College.
To circulate the format/guidelines through the Dean/VPs//HODs/Coordinators of different sections of the College.
To decide the responsibility of all the Committee members for the different sectional reports of the College.
Any other activities related to prepare the reports.

To ensure timely data collection from all departments and sections across the college in proper format.
To ensure timely compilation and publication of the College Annual Report every year.
